Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication between guests and kitchen staff
  • Serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, maintaining presentation quality and timely delivery
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
  • Handle cash register transactions, process payments, and provide correct change
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, counters, and bar stations
  • Support bar operations by bartending or preparing coffee drinks as required, demonstrating barista skills if applicable
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns to enhance their overall experience
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to deliver efficient and enjoyable service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred, including roles such as server, bartender, or barista
  • Knowledge of catering services and food safety protocols is essential for maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality
