Waiter / Waitress – Full-Time & Part-Time

Zada Restaurant

Zada Restaurant is looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Waiters / Waitresses to join our team. We have both full-time and part-time positions available.

We are looking for people who enjoy working with customers, have a positive attitude and can provide excellent service in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest's visit
• Answer questions about the menu and assist customers with their choices
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and other team members
• Prepare and clear tables before, during and after service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Handle customer requests and queries professionally
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures
• Work as part of the Zada Restaurant team to provide guests with an enjoyable dining experience

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, polite and confident with customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment
• Good attention to detail
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage, but training can be provided to the right candidate

Full-Time Position

Full-time team members should have good availability throughout the week and be flexible to work a mixture of weekday, evening and weekend shifts according to the restaurant rota.

Part-Time Position

Part-time positions are available for candidates looking for flexible hours. Shifts may include evenings, weekends and busy restaurant periods, depending on availability and business requirements.
