About Langosteria

Langosteria Group, in strong expansion, was founded in 2007 when CEO Enrico Buonocore opened the first restaurant in Milan's Via Savona: Langosteria. Langosteria quickly became a benchmark in Milan's dining scene, distinguished by its relentless pursuit of the highest quality ingredients.

The Group currently operates 7 exclusive restaurants across Milan, Santa Margherita Ligure, Paris (Langosteria at Cheval Blanc) and St. Moritz, with the prestigious addition of Langosteria at the historic Raffles Hotel London at The OWO in the heart of Whitehall, London.

About the Job

At Langosteria, every interaction in the dining room is an opportunity to create a memorable experience. We’re looking for a Waiter/Waitress - Server who brings professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for service to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in fine dining, works well in a team, and takes pride in providing seamless and elegant service.

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages according to company standards
  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and organization throughout service
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests
  • Collaborate with colleagues, the kitchen, and the bar to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in maintaining mise en place of the dining room and supporting the Head Waiter

About You

  • Minimum one year of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality
  • Knowledge of service etiquette and restaurant operations
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced dining environment
