Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and servers
  • Assist in food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards and efficiency
  • Uphold food safety protocols by following proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Manage guest requests promptly and professionally, resolving any concerns with a positive attitude
  • Support upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to increase guest satisfaction and sales
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and front-of-house spaces throughout your shift

Skills

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is required

  • Experience in serving or guest services that demonstrates excellent communication skills
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus
