Duties

  • Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
  • Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages as per recipes and customer preferences
  • Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure timely service and quality standards are met
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, dining area, and service stations
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all health standards are upheld
  • Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills, giving correct change and processing payments efficiently
  • Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tables or beverage stations seamlessly

Requirements

  • Previous barista experience or familiarity with coffee brewing techniques is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices in food service environments
  • Experience in serving customers with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions confidently
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
