We are due to open a branch in Paddock Wood and we are currently hiring experienced baristas, waiters, and waitresses for full-time, part-time, and flexible positions. We encourage local candidates to apply, as we prioritize achieving the best work-life balance for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

· Embrace your love for coffee and food as an essential part of your role.

· Prioritize outstanding customer service to ensure visitors come for both our service and our delectable offerings.

· Prepare and craft amazing beverages.

· Good old-fashioned cleaning! Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

· Assist with food preparation.

· Provide excellent table service with a warm smile and engaging conversations.

· Efficiently process transactions using our state-of-the-art till system.

· Ensure displays are fully stocked at all times.

Ideally, you have previous experience in quick service roles and a genuine passion for interacting with people, as well as a deep appreciation for coffee and food.
