Job Summary

We’re currently looking for a friendly, attentive, and reliable waiting staff to join our small team. You’ll play a key role in making sure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and well looked after — whether they’re popping in for a quick coffee or staying for a relaxed meal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Take orders accurately and deliver food and drinks promptly
  • Ensure guests are satisfied and comfortable throughout their visit
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently
  • Handle payments and operate the till/POS system
  • Assist with light cleaning and general upkeep of the cafe
  • Work closely with the kitchen and barista team to ensure smooth service
  • Uphold high standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer care

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous 4 years of experience as a waitress/waiter is a must
  • Strong people skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm and organized during busy times
  • Punctual, dependable, and happy to help out wherever needed
