Retail Lead – Mobility Industry

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Lead to join our team.

About the Role

As Retail Lead you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom or contacting us by phone or email. You’ll provide a warm welcome, understand customer needs, and guide them through our range of mobility products. Full training is provided, including product knowledge and the Motability Scheme.

This is a rewarding role where you can genuinely make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and identifying their needs
  • Providing clear, friendly advice on mobility products (full training provided)
  • Demonstrating products confidently and safely
  • Processing sales accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised showroom
  • Unpacking and displaying stock attractively
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Booking appointments for workshop staff
  • Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the store
  • Working with the Motability Scheme
