Camping Warden – Aber Bay Holiday Park

Location: Aber Bay Holiday Park
Pay: National Minimum Wage – £12.71 per hour
Hours: Either one full time person 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with a part time person on weekends OR 2 Part time to cover a few days a week each.

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Camping Wardens to join our team at Aber Bay Holiday Park for the season.

We are looking to fill either:

  • One full-time position and one weekend-only position, or
  • Two part-time positions

The Role

As a Camping Warden, you'll help ensure our camping areas remain clean, safe and welcoming for all guests. This is a varied role that involves working independently for much of the day.

Duties include:

  • General cleaning and maintenance of the camping areas
  • Cleaning and maintaining toilet and shower facilities to a high standard
  • Checking tent tags and ensuring pitches are correctly occupied
  • Carrying out regular campsite inspections
  • Providing friendly assistance to guests when needed
  • Reporting any maintenance or safety issues

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently
  • Is comfortable with lone working
  • Takes pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Has a positive attitude and enjoys working outdoors
  • Can provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests
