Warehouse Supervisor

Working as part of the team at 2468 Group, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse while supporting customer deliveries and vehicle movements when required.

This role is ideal for someone organised, reliable, and proactive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Full training will be provided where required, along with the opportunity to join a growing business with a supportive team environment and genuine long-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties

  • Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
  • Operating a Reach Truck forklift to move and store stock within the warehouse.
  • Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
  • Managing stock movements and maintaining accurate stock control.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and operating safely at all times.
  • Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes.
  • Supporting general warehouse operations and ad hoc duties as required.

Driving & Support Duties

  • Carrying out occasional deliveries to customer sites.
  • Assisting with van collections, vehicle movements, and logistics support.
  • Supporting the wider operations team with deliveries and collections when needed.
  • Providing a professional and friendly service to the team.
  • Completing all driving duties safely and in line with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid Forklift Licence (desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
