Full job description

Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Shift Pattern Available (40 Hour Contract):

  • Night Shift - Sunday to Thursday 23:00-07:45 - £14.36 per hour

Location: Nursling, SO16 9DS.

**No previous warehouse experience required**

Training is provided with opportunities to increase your base pay by learning and qualifying with skills such as first aid, fire marshal, counterbalance forklift, VNA forklift.

Main Duties

  • Pick and pack all types of product in accordance with CLF operating procedures
  • Goods in and put away tasks
  • Stock counting and fronting up products
  • General housekeeping/cleaning of the warehouse
  • Work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments
  • Work in the chilled/frozen environment when required (additional hourly rate applies)
  • Any other duties as requested by your supervisor or shift manager

Skills

  • You must be reliable and a hard-working team player
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment - full training will be given
  • Good numeracy skills including accurate counting are essential
  • Must be capable of handling weights up to 25kgs
  • Ability to work in a team or alone with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to work overtime as required
