Full job description

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our clients night shift team based in Anwick, NG34.

Transport links from the centre of Sleaford, Lincoln & Grantham.

Shift Pattern: 3 day on, 2 days off 6am-6pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

As a Production Operative, you will:

  • Work on production lines within a temperature-controlled environment
  • Carry out repetitive production tasks to required standards
  • Maintain quality and safety procedures
  • Support team productivity targets
  • Follow training and operational guidance

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
  • Comfortable with standing for long periods
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks
  • Reliable and committed team player
  • No previous experience required (full training provided)
