Job Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Boston – Tenens Way

Shift Pattern: Week 1: Monday-Thursday 06:00-14:00 & Friday 06:00-13:00

Week 2: Monday-Thursday 10:00-18:00 & Friday 10:00-17:00

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Maintain and control stock in warehouse (99% plus accuracy)
  • Maintenance and good housekeeping
  • Working to tight schedules to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Adhere to the company’s health, safety, and hygiene policies
  • Fully understand and have knowledge of the Prism system and its use in all aspects of the warehouse department, as per training given
  • Fully understand and receive finished goods, as per training given
  • Recording accurately and completely all information

Key Requirements

  • Conscientious
  • Flexible with hours
  • Ability to manage and deal with change in a fast moving and demanding environment while still maintaining standards set within the business
  • To be trusted to use own initiative with all the principle accountabilities
  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) always
  • High level of numeracy and accuracy skills
  • Full working knowledge of Prism, as per training given
  • FLT Licence is desirable, however we do have an in-house trainer
  • Computer literate – MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
