We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our clients night shift team based in Anwick, NG34.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS BASED IN ANWICK HOWEVER THERE IS TRANSPORT TO THE SITE FROM LINCOLN.

Shift Patterns & Salary:

Days - 3 day on, 2 days off 6am-6pm - £12.71 per hour

Nights - 18:00 - 02:00 | Mon - Fri | Fixed - £13.10 – £15.63 per hour

As a Production Operative, you will:

  • Work on production lines within a temperature-controlled environment
  • Carry out repetitive production tasks to required standards
  • Maintain quality and safety procedures
  • Support team productivity targets
  • Follow training and operational guidance

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment
  • Comfortable with standing for long periods
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks
  • Reliable and committed team player
  • No previous experience required (full training provided)
