Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Parcel Sorters to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the handling of materials within the warehouse environment. This role requires physical stamina and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

  • Parcel Sorting , can involve physical lifting .
  • Handle materials with care, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse.
  • Maintain an organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Utilise a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock movements.
  • Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring that all items are moved safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the shipping and receiving process, ensuring all deliveries are processed correctly.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge is advantageous for operating equipment effectively.
  • Familiarity with materials handling processes and best practices.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly throughout the shift.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork is highly valued.

Pay: £13.00.ph

Available Shifts:

Tuesday - Saturday

02:00-07:00

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
