Location：
UK STN: Unit 3, Hyperion, Curie Drive, Great Notley, Braintree, Essex, CM77 7AZ

Shift:

4 on 4 off.

Twp shift options: Day shift 7am-7pm; Night shift 7pm-7am

Warehouse Operations Support

  • Provide daily operational support to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations
  • Support operational coordination and resource allocation during peak periods
  • Ensure operational procedures and standards are consistently followed
  • Monitor on-time performance, backlog, error rates, and processing efficiency
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements

Equipment & Facility Management

  • Liaise with third-party suppliers for maintenance, servicing, and replacement of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts and handling facilities)
  • Assist in handling equipment breakdowns, urgent repairs, and unexpected operational issues

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Manage procurement, replenishment, and control of warehouse materials, consumables, and operational supplies
  • Follow up on supplier quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure compliance and cost control
  • Maintain accurate and traceable records of procurement, maintenance, and supplier activities

Operational Improvement & Coordination

  • Assist warehouse management with staff scheduling, warehouse layout optimisation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and control operating costs
  • Support SOP updates based on operational findings
  • Support training initiatives and best practice sharing

Qualifications
Experience & Knowledge

  • experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred
  • Experience in supplier coordination, procurement, or facility management is an advantage
  • Familiarity with warehouse workflows, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Good problem-solving ability and practical mindset
  • Basic data tracking and reporting skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
