Location: Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £29,558.57 (based on a 40-hour contract)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support children aged 0–5 as part of our nursery team
  • Be a key person for a small group of children, building strong, secure relationships with families
  • Champion inclusive, high-quality, curiosity-led education and care
  • Use our WonderWorks Approach and “Planning in the Moment” to support learning and development
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team to design inspiring environments
  • Stay current with legislation, safeguarding and best practices
  • Model a commitment to child protection, equity and collective care

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • Experience with toddlers (2 to 3 years)
  • A genuine passion for early years education and inclusive practice

Desirable (not required):

  • Experience with diverse communities and families
  • Interest in Reggio Emilia, forest school or child-led approaches
