About Mindspace
Founded in 2014, Mindspace is a leading provider of flexible workspaces with an expanding footprint across Europe, Israel, and the US. Our design-led office spaces and on-demand offerings such as meeting rooms, event spaces, and daily offices provide the ideal solution for enterprise companies, startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs adapting to today’s fast-evolving hybrid work environment. Mindspace is considered a lifestyle brand that has been bringing hospitality into the world of work, always putting service and experience first. A profitable operator, Mindspace has over 15.000 members in more than 40 prime locations spread across cities such as San Francisco, New York, Miami, London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Tel Aviv, Warsaw, Bucharest, and more.
Why you’ll love working at Mindspace?
Mindspace is a place where employees can thrive and further develop their skill set in an inspiring and nurturing environment: great vibe, employee wellbeing, diverse community, boutique design. You’ll work with some of the best people in the industry, who love what they do. You’ll be part of a global company with deep respect and understanding for the local culture of each of its markets. Our growth is intrinsically connected to that of our employees, and as a Mindspace employee, you’ll be presented with long-term career opportunities globally.
Who is the ideal Mindspacer?
You’re a team player. You take pride in what you do and have a mindset of “I’m all in” when you do it. You know when to take action and how to take the areas of your responsibility to the next level - excellence is the name of the game. You know how to ‘read the room’ and understand the professional environment you’re in.
About the position
This full-time position is based in London and reports to the VP of International Markets, with a dotted-line to the Global VP of HR.
You will support leadership teams across the UK and additional European markets (Netherlands, Romania and Poland), acting as a true strategic partner while remaining hands-on across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a regional HRBP role supporting multiple European markets within a global business environment - not a UK-only HR position.
You’ll be the go-to partner for managers and employees: coaching leaders, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and ensuring the employee experience is consistent, scalable, and impactful across markets. You’ll confidently own the employee lifecycle end-to-end and navigate complex people matters with discretion, sound judgment, and commercial awareness.
If you’re passionate about people, business impact, and building strong international teams - this one’s for you.
What you will be responsible for
Act as a strategic partner to the VP of International Markets and regional leadership teams.
Translate business goals into a clear people agenda (org design, talent priorities, structure, execution).
Coach and enable managers on performance, feedback, talent development and leadership behaviours.
Lead key talent processes end-to-end (performance cycles, talent reviews, development planning, promotions, succession and retention).
Own and manage employee relations cases in the UK, Netherlands, Romania and Poland
Ensure alignment with UK employment law and local EU regulations.
Support organisational effectiveness initiatives, workforce planning and change management.
Partner closely with HQ functions (TA, L&D, Finance, Legal, People Ops) to ensure strong and compliant HR practices.
Use people data and insights to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
Experience & Background
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organisation.
Proven HRBP experience supporting the UK\ Poland\ Romania\ Netherlands.
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and experience handling employee relations cases in the UK.
Experience supporting multiple markets simultaneously.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
Experience managing the full employee lifecycle in an international environment.
CIPD qualification - strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Critical Competencies for Success
Strategic and commercially minded with strong business acumen
Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence senior leaders
Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
Empathetic and decisive in complex people situations
High level of integrity, discretion, and professional judgment
This role is based in London and requires full right to work in the UK.
Visa sponsorship or relocation is not available.
