Flexible Working
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis (e.g. job share), despite the position being advertised as full-time.
Working within a team of marketing professionals, you will support the development and implementation of marketing activities for WMG’s Education Programmes targeting both businesses and potential students.
Passionate about your career in marketing, you will contribute to projects and support the planning and delivery of campaigns, so you will need to be organised, have strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Your role will be different every day and will include the full spectrum of marketing activities including producing digital content, planning social media, writing copy, editing the website, supporting and attending events, conducting market research, producing marketing campaigns and much, much more.

About You
To be successful, you will already have some marketing experience and bring enthusiasm, ideas and initiative. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. You will be creative and able to support the preparation, production and distribution of marketing content to the right audiences at the right time. You’ll also be familiar with and comfortable working to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Ideally, you will have experience of planning content for campaigns and websites that supports marketing plans and content strategy, preferably including experience of creating digital content such as videos. A key part of the role will involve supporting the planning and delivery of events such as open days, including assisting with event promotion, logistics and on-the-day coordination.
You will be able to work with a range of stakeholders, including academics, senior staff and teaching teams, to support a variety of marketing activities and plans.
