JOB SPECIFICATION
We are currently recruiting for a Inks Services Manager. Our ink department is a key input to our FIA award winning Print Department, gaining us much deserved recognition for the quality of our products.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES
- Responsible for overseeing a 24/7 in-plant operation at the Louth site.
- Ensuring H&S standards are met.
- Follow all regulatory, company policy procedures and site rules.
- Managing a team of shift technicians.
- Employee team performance monitoring & Personnel Development.
- Maintaining operating expenses.
- Creating/updating a live plan.
- Key Performance Indicator reporting.
- Stock & Waste Management (Inks/Solvents)
- To provide technical support where required.
- Identify and participate in activities for controlling and minimising ink costs.
- Ensure all relevant SOPs and Risk Assessments are adhered to and updated.
