We're Recruiting Air Source Heat Pump Installation Teams!
Start Date: Immediate Start & Guaranteed work 5 days a week!

Salary: £104,000.00 - £208,000.00 Annual Potential Earnings
Location: Wales & South-West England
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Accommodation: Arranged & paid, plus £100 per night per team for expenses
Transport: Company van rental available, plus £100 fuel allowance per week

About This Role:
As a leader in energy-efficient solutions, we provide customers with advanced heating systems, including Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Hybrid/Combi systems, to create greener and more sustainable homes.

Our skilled installers manage the entire upgrade process, from replacing radiators and pipe fittings to installing cutting-edge heating systems. Specialising in residential projects.

We take care of all logistics, including customer acquisition, scheduling, detailed job planning, material delivery, waste management, and accommodation arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Install complete Air Source Heat Pump and Hybrid heating systems in domestic properties.
  • Collaborate with technical coaches for hands-on training and guidance during installations.
  • Ensure all installations meet the highest quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
  • Maintain clear communication with the technical team to receive prompt support when required.
  • Travel across Wales and South West England, making every installation an opportunity to excel.
  • Uphold professionalism, a strong work ethic, and integrity in all aspects of your role.

Required Skill Set:

  • At least 1 year Air Source Heat Pump experience.
  • ACS Gas qualification is a must.
  • Unvented and Water Regulations qualification.
  • ASHP certification - BPEC or equivalent.
  • A minimum team of two required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in heating systems.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Willing to travel and stay overnight when necessary.
  • Proven strong work ethic and high standards of integrity.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
