Waste Management Representative (Customer Service - South Oxfordshire Council Team )

Working as part of our dedicated Customer Service team as a Waste Management Executive you will be joining a well-established, fun and energetic organisation where we provide a point of contact for the customer to establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about customer service, has excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be helpful but not essential as we are able to provide on the job training.
