We are delighted to be partnering with a client as they seek to add Recycling Operatives to their team in Hartlepool. Our client specializes in Waste Management.

Location - TS25 2BE

Shift pattern - Monday to Sunday, dayshift 7am-7pm & nightshift 7pm-7am

Pay Rate - £12.71 per hour, weekly pay in arrears, every Friday

As a Recycling Sort line Operative you will be responsible for the removal of recyclable material and non-recyclable materials from a moving conveyor in a safe and productive manner ensuring that pick rate targets are achieved.

  • Separating & placing materials for further recycling in the appropriate chute
  • Picking at defined rates selective materials from a moving conveyor
  • General Housekeeping and cleaning of machines & the operator cabins

Recycling Sort Line Operative - Person Specification

  • Ability to follow shift patterns and work both days & night shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Ability to spend a significant amount of time on your feet
