Overview

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Watchmaker to ensure the precision, reliability, and craftsmanship of our timepieces. In this role, you will work with intricate components in a meticulous environment, taking pride in high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities (Stirling Timepieces Context)

  • Mil-Spec Assembly & QC: Assemble our core field, aviation, and dive watch collections to rigorous standards. Execute flawless quality control on bespoke, custom-dial orders for specific military and law enforcement units.
  • Tactical Repairs & Servicing: Diagnose, overhaul, and repair automatic and quartz movements that have been subjected to real-world, heavy-duty operational use.
  • Hardiness Testing & Calibration: Conduct stringent water-resistance pressure tests and timing calibrations to ensure every timepiece meets our guarantees for rugged dependability and field utility.
  • Component Precision: Expertly handle intricate parts, custom hands, and specialised case components while maintaining a mission-ready, organised bench and workshop environment.
