Basic Salary up to £36,000 + Overtime + On-Call + Bonus Scheme (£40K-£45K)

The Role:

  • Carry out a range of leak detection investigations in domestic and commercial properties
  • Use specialist equipment such as acoustic listening devices, thermal imaging, tracer gas, and moisture mapping tools
  • Accurately diagnose and pinpoint leaks on heating systems, water supply pipes, and internal plumbing
  • Provide clear reports and recommendations to customers
  • Complete minor plumbing repairs where required
  • Deliver an exceptional level of customer service on every visit
  • Maintain excellent health and safety practices at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years experience in leak detection or a strong plumbing background with confidence in fault-finding
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
  • Full, valid UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Strong communication skills and a calm, customer-focused approach

Please note: This position is subject to right-to-work checks, enhanced DBS, financial background, and DVLA checks due to working in a regulated environment and dealing with sensitive customer information.
