This 4-year programme allows you to study part-time alongside your role, giving you the chance to apply what you learn straight away in a real working environment.
Throughout the programme, you’ll build knowledge in key areas such as:
- UX design methods,
• Research
• Future digital trends.
You’ll benefit from:
- A permanent, paid role with annual salary progression, while earning a fully funded degree and gaining valuable real-world experience.
• Contributing to real projects
This is more than just a technology apprenticeship; it’s a creative and people-focused career path where you’ll learn how to design digital experiences that make a real difference to users.
Your Role
From day one, you’ll be part of an inclusive and supportive team where your ideas are valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to grow your confidence, creativity, and personal brand.
You’ll help design and improve how people interact with digital services such as websites, apps, and online platforms. Your role will focus on understanding users and creating experiences that are easy, clear, and enjoyable to use.
You’ll work as part of a team delivering real client projects, helping to transform existing services and design new ones. During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands-on experience across different areas of UX, giving you the opportunity to explore your interests while developing a strong foundation in user-centred design.
In your role, you will:
- Contribute to designing and improving digital user experiences
- Learn how to understand user needs and behaviours
- Work collaboratively with others to create effective solutions
At Capgemini, we are helping shape a new age of intelligence, partnering with clients across industries to harness AI, technology, and human potential to drive meaningful change. From your first week, you’ll meet inspiring people, learn from experienced professionals, and begin contributing to real projects. This role combines creativity, problem-solving, and technology, making it an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in designing better digital experiences for real users.
This role is based in Telford, and you’ll typically be in the office up to 3 days a week, so you’ll need to be within commuting distance of the location. The nature of this role requires you to work on a secure site, if this isn't a suitable location for you, we encourage you to explore our other apprentice opportunities, with Capgemini, which are available at various locations across the UK.
To be eligible, you need:

Plus, one of the following:
- 3 A*-C A-Level across the 3 A-Levels (NOTE: AS Levels are not included)

Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
Make it real – what does it mean for you?
