Full job description

2025 will be an exciting year for us. As an ever expanding business we are looking for an experienced, talented, driven and creative individual with impeccable attention to detail who wants to grow with us. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high quality designs whilst ensuring all projects are completed on time. It is essential that they must be able to deal with customers and their design requirements and be able to collaborate with team members to conceptualise and present design ideas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and have experience in web design and social media marketing. We would ideally love someone who could actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for various projects whilst also staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Essential skills/qualifications

· Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)

· Fully proficient in Microsoft programmes, Outlook, Word, Excel

· Must have at least 5 years experience in the signage industry or similar (wide format print)

· Fantastic attention to detail (including proof reading)

· Technical understanding of design layouts and preparing artwork for print (ensuring all specifications are met)

· Experience with managing multiple time critical projects

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Experienced in creating and using brand guidelines

· Experience in creating social media campaigns on a variety of platforms

· Work with the account management team to assist with the artwork for product presentations to our major customers

Responsibilities

  • Create visually appealing designs for various digital platforms using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop branding materials and web design elements.
  • Manage social media content and graphics, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Proofread and edit design materials for accuracy and quality.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, to enhance project outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
