Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Website User Experience & Graphic Designer who is eager to expand their expertise across both UX design and graphic design for print, digital, and social media. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in visual storytelling, branding, and website user experience, with the ability to design engaging graphics that drive impact. We value individuals who are proactive learners, take ownership of their work, and are committed to delivering high-quality creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers and content creators to design visually compelling layouts for websites, digital content, and marketing materials.
  • Create graphic assets for various mediums, including social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and print materials (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.).
  • Assist in developing user-friendly website layouts that align with modern UX/UI principles.
  • Learn and apply best practices in user experience and accessibility to optimise digital designs.
  • Design and refine brand elements, including logos, icons, illustrations, and typography, to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Participate in usability testing and analyse feedback to improve digital and visual experiences.
  • Stay up to date with design trends across UX, digital marketing, and print media.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Adapt designs for various formats, ensuring seamless integration between digital, social, and print materials.

Qualifications:

  • Some previous interest, experience, or knowledge in graphic design is essential.
  • Experience in web design or UX/UI principles is a plus.
  • Strong ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
  • Basic knowledge of design for social media, web, and print formats.
  • Eagerness to learn and expand skills in graphic design and UX/UI.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
