We’re looking for someone to join our marketing team and help us grow and engage our retail audience.

The Role

As the Marketing Executive responsible for our ecommerce and retail audience, you’ll play an important role in growing our D2C audience and creating a consistent, engaging experience for our customers. You’ll take day-to-day ownership of marketing across our ecommerce websites and retail channels, working closely with external agencies to coordinate campaigns, manage projects and support the ongoing development of our websites.

Job Purpose

You will take ownership of the retail customer journey across multiple touchpoints, ensuring customers receive a consistent and engaging experience from first interaction through to purchase and retention. The role covers ecommerce, email marketing, paid and organic social media, content creation, online marketplaces and customer communications

Key tasks and responsibilities.

• Manage, monitor and maintain Company websites using WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Work with external agencies to plan and execute PPC and SEM campaigns to support paid and organic traffic.
• Plan, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns and automated customer communication programmes.
• Manage and maintain online marketplace product listings.
• Plan and deliver organic and paid social media campaigns, including Meta advertising where appropriate.
• Measure, monitor and analyse marketing performance across channels and customer touchpoints, developing campaigns and optimisation plans to improve engagement, conversion rate and retention.
• Leverage keyword research, behavioural insights and market research to develop marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, landing pages and product content.
• Manage third-party review platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
• Conduct market and customer research, analysing responses to compile meaningful insights that can be shared throughout the Company.

The must-have requirements for this role are:

• At least one year of practical experience using WordPress
• Experience with SEO and Google Ads
• Confident using digital marketing and website content systems
• Able to interpret website and campaign performance data.
• Commercially aware and customer focused
• Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, organised and able to prioritise
• Excellent communication skills and able to communicate at all levels.
