We are seeking a talented and creative graphic and web designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role involves creating visually appealing graphics that align with our marketing strategies and enhance our brand identity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet project objectives.

We are also looking for somebody with knowledge of web design and marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, brochures, and advertisements.
• Bring our packaging to life by designing artwork that captures the brand's personality while ensuring all required guidelines and safety information are clearly communicated.
• Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.
• Implement SEO best practices in graphic design to improve online visibility.
• Analyse design performance metrics using Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and tools to ensure innovative design solutions.
• Assist in the management of the company’s website by updating graphics and content as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• We would also like someone with Marketing and sales experience

Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative range.
• At least one year of experience in a graphic design role.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling designs.
• A desire to challenge yourself and learn new skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: Up to £27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
