Primary function of this role will work across a variety of products, marketing and communication projects; Contributing to campaigns providing audience-tailored content that embodies the goals of core message of IVG

Reporting to : Senior graphic designer

Main duties:

  • Responsible for the design of promotional material, merchandise, in-store graphics, packaging renders, mock-ups, outdoor posters, billboards, social media graphics, web banners, WhatsApp broadcasts, email campaigns, print adverts, etc.
  • Understanding of 3D design would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Plan and create artwork for events and shows.
  • Consistently and creatively apply IVG’s brand to projects across the organisation.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise relating to print projects, as well as up-to-date knowledge on the latest digital media processes.
  • Be a guardian of IVG’s brand by ensuring best practice in tone of voice and visual identity application.
  • Design effective creative across offline and online marketing projects which resonate with our target audiences and drive our vision whilst ensuring that all outputs are of the highest standard.
  • Comply with all IVG’s policies, procedures, and external compliance such as TPD, complaints and best marketing practice.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including digital, print, and brand collateral.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with solid knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, After Effects, etc.).
  • Experience with web and digital design, including social media content, email marketing, website assets, and display ads.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and user experience (UX).
  • Ability to balance creative vision with brand
