Full job description

We're looking for someone who is technically curious, understands web technologies, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to develop expertise in CRM, customer personalisation and marketing technology.

About Lovetovisit

Lovetovisit is on a mission to make discovering and booking unforgettable days out easier than ever. From theme parks and zoos to museums, attractions, and seasonal events, we help millions of customers find their next adventure.

The Role

You'll work closely with the Head of UX/UI, developers and marketing teams to build personalised customer journeys across email, onsite experiences and loyalty communications. You'll play a key role in the ongoing development of LoveRewards and our wider personalisation strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how websites, customer data and dynamic content work together, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape how we communicate with millions of customers. Salary banding is based on transferable skills, industry experience, and overall fit for the role.

Experience with Shopify, Braze, Klaviyo or similar platforms is beneficial, but we're primarily looking for someone with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help build, test and launch customer journeys and campaigns across email and onsite experiences, based on designs and intent provided by the Head of UX/UI and our Marketing team
  • Create and maintain dynamic content using Liquid templating
  • Work with segmentation and customer data to improve communication relevance and performance
  • Support QA, troubleshooting and testing of customer journeys and loyalty initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for automation, personalisation and lifecycle improvements
  • Work closely with developers to understand customer data, site functionality and how personalised experiences are delivered across our platform

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Practitioner-certified + practical campaign experience
  • Experience using Liquid templating languages to create dynamic content and conditional logic (Shopify experience preferred)
  • Basic understanding of HTML and web technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with data and customer segmentation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to understand how things work
  • Happy to work in office Monday-Friday from our central Cardiff office

Nice to Have

  • Experience using a CRM, marketing automation or customer engagement platform such as Braze or similar
  • Understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience testing digital experiences or campaigns
  • Knowledge of analytics, reporting and A/B testing

Why This Role Is Exciting

This isn't a traditional CRM execution role.

You'll have the opportunity to work directly on the strategy, technology and customer experience behind one of Lovetovisit's most important growth engines, including:

  • Customer personalisation across multiple channels
  • The continued evolution of LoveRewards
  • Dynamic content and customer journey automation
  • Email, onsite and loyalty experiences
  • Emerging CRM and marketing technology initiatives

You'll be joining at a time where you'll have genuine influence over how we communicate with millions of customers and how personalisation evolves across the business.

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
