THE ROLE
We are seeking a driven and meticulous Graduate Webmaster & Brand Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both web management and brand representation. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our websites, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, and driving the digital presence of Birkdale to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Webmaster Duties:
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly user testing to ensure seamless website functionality.
Develop and execute user scripts for each of our websites to optimize user experience.
Monitor and enhance web health, addressing any issues promptly.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track website performance and identify areas for improvement.
Regularly update website content, including copy and imagery, to keep our digital presence fresh and engaging.
Manage product creation, updates, and overall product management on our websites.
Ensure smooth integrations with HubSpot, BigCommerce (BC), Trustpilot, and various social channels.
Oversee and manage our Sana Commerce platform to streamline e-commerce operations.

Brand Merchandiser Duties:
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all touchpoints reflect Birkdale's brand identity.
Manage and oversee the creation and distribution of staff uniforms, business cards, and promotional merchandise.Design and produce product labels, stand labels, and other branded materials to maintain consistency and visual appeal across all platforms.
