  • Create and optimise product listings.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, policies and website content.
  • Ensure all website information is current and error free.

Conversion & Customer Experience

  • Identify customer friction points and implement improvements.
  • Monitor the customer journey and optimise for conversions.
  • Create and manage bundles, upsells, cross sells and promotional offers.
  • Conduct regular website audits and quality checks.

SEO & Content

  • Optimise product titles, descriptions, collections and metadata.
  • Improve organic visibility through SEO best practices.
  • Write compelling product descriptions and website copy.
  • Ensure all website content aligns with brand tone and messaging.

Shopify Apps & Integrations

  • Manage Shopify apps and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain integrations with TikTok Shop, courier systems, shipping platforms and other third party software.
  • Troubleshoot website and integration issues.
  • Test and implement new tools and features.

Product Photography & Content

  • Photograph products for website listings and promotional use.
  • Edit and upload imagery.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional visual standard across the website.

Reporting & Improvement

  • Monitor website performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and website performance data.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience managing a Shopify website.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and online retail.
  • Experience with Shopify apps and integrations.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems independently.
  • Product photography and basic image editing experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

About You

You are proactive, commercially aware and take pride in spotting opportunities for improvement. You enjoy solving problems, improving customer experiences and driving online sales. You’re comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects and contributing to the growth of a fast moving brand.

If you’re passionate about e-commerce, marketing and creating exceptional online shopping experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
