Full job description

Creative Designer

Are you bold, imaginative, and ready to shape awesome brands?

At PMW, we’re more than just a creative, full-service marketing agency— we’re a collective of curious minds who bring brands to life across digital, print, and beyond. From financial giants to inspiring charities, cutting-edge tech start-ups to event venues and schools — no two projects are ever the same.

We're looking for a stand-out creative Designer with sharp instincts, fearless ideas, and an eye for detail to join our award-winning team. This is your chance to leave your mark on a wide spectrum of exciting, fast-paced campaigns — where your creative input truly matters.

What you’ll be doing:

Design with Impact
Transforming briefs into bold, beautiful, and strategically sound design work — across digital, print, motion, branding and beyond.

Shape and steer brands
Help define, evolve and protect brand identities — from logo development to full-scale rollouts across multiple platforms and media.

Drive creative innovation
You’re passionate about emerging trends, new tools and experimentation. You’ll encourage fresh thinking, push boundaries, and raise the bar with every project.

What we’re looking for

  • Design experience in a creative agency or fast-paced in-house design team
  • A portfolio packed with standout, multi-platform work — from print, digital and branding, to concept and campaign design
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD/Figma, Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles, with a working understanding of front-end web-design constraints and accessibility best practices
  • A global mindset with experience working across diverse markets and audiences
  • Brilliant communication and presentation skills — able to explain creative concepts to colleagues, clients and stakeholders with confidence
  • A total team player - we recognise going the extra mile, especially supporting each other
  • A culturally switched-on creative who draws inspiration from art, design, photography, pop culture and the world around them
  • Bonus: Experience in 3D/4D design is a plus

What’s in it for you

  • 25 days holiday (with increases over time) + bank holidays
  • Additional paid day-off on your birthday
  • Flexible working hours
  • Early finish on Fridays
  • Free onsite parking
  • Free gym membership
  • Cycle-to-work scheme (optional)
  • Beautiful semi-rural office space — creative and calm

Ready to join our award-winning team? (Did we mention we've just been acknowledged on the Times Best Places to Work list 2025! Second year running!)

Send us your CV, portfolio, and a brief cover letter to harriet.swetman@pmwcom.co.uk and show us what makes your creativity stand out.

We can’t wait to meet you.
