Overview

We’re looking for a talented middleweight Designer with experience in web design to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to be hands-on in their approach, coupled with plenty of initiative and a passion for crafting visually compelling and meaningful communications that address both user needs and business objectives. You should thrive in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and creative flair.

We are a full service digital agency founded in 2000. We are a team of passionate brand and digital experts based in Huddersfield. We help brands, big, small, new, and old connect with their audience through a personal approach that helps define their identity through data insight and impactful creative solutions to develop a complete user experience.

Skills & Requirements

  • At least two years experience working in an agile agency environment.
  • Passionate about producing throught provoking ideas with a love for branding.
  • Ability to work across both digital and print platforms from concept to completion.
  • Strong portfolio featuring (re)branding work.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, with video editing a bonus.
  • Skilled on producing pixel-perfect, responsive digital designs.
  • Solid understanding of typography and layout principles.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experienced in client liaison and presentations.
  • A desire to exceed the client's expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Working both individually on projects, or as part of a team.
  • Eager for more responsibility and comfortable to take the lead on projects.
  • Managing your time, workload, and backing-up effectively.
  • Ensuring effective client communication at all times.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, tools and trends.
