Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to develop their experience within a creative, growing team. We're looking for someone who works well alongside others, enjoys problem-solving and digging into data, and has the initiative to bring fresh ideas forward. You'll work across a wide range of sectors, building varied experience as you go.

At Design Box Media, we partner with ambitious businesses to help them reach their full potential online through original strategy and design. We're a creative, energetic team that lives by a simple principle: innovation, not imitation. As our marketing team grows, we're looking for another Digital Marketing Executive to join us on a permanent basis.

What You'll Do:

  • Email Campaigns: Creating engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost conversions.
  • Content Writing: Crafting compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and more.
  • Reporting: Tracking campaign performance in GA4 and Looker Studio, and turning the numbers into clear insights.
  • Client Communication: Regularly communicating with clients to discuss campaign performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Who You Are:

We're looking for a digital marketing enthusiast who is:

  • Organised: Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Ahead of the curve: You keep pace as tools and tactics evolve, and you already use AI as part of how you work.
  • Creative: Always thinking of innovative ways to solve problems and achieve goals.
  • Analytical: Uses data to drive decision-making and measure campaign success.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: A salary that reflects your skills and experience, with holiday allowance that grows the longer you're with us.
  • Supportive Team: Work with a team that values collaboration, creativity, and celebrating successes together.
  • Flexibility: Work from home on Fridays, plus a half day off to celebrate your birthday.
  • Growth Opportunities: Room to take on more responsibility and progress your career as we grow.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you're excited about the opportunity to grow with us and help our clients achieve their digital marketing goals, we'd love to hear from you!
