We are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our team at our head office here in Leicester. We are Niche Merchandising Ltd, the home of Riya’s Original Recipe, & Aunty Noray’s World food brands found in supermarkets across the UK.

Your role will be to lead our social media & online presence across various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, growing, and creating content for our brand’s social media channels to engage our audience and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking videos photographs of our products in an exciting and innovative way
• Taking videos in stores showcasing our products on the shelves
• Cooking/creating recipes in our kitchen and documenting them on social media
• Manage all of our social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok etc)
• Developing a comprehensive social media strategy
• Creating engaging content for our social media channels (posts, stories, videos, graphics etc.) including campaigns
• Build a relationship with our community by engaging with followers, replying to DMs/concerns in a timely manner
• Monitoring topics & trends then devising ways to integrate them into our strategy
• Seek influencer partnerships to collaborate with product launches/marketing
• Keeping our website up to date with latest news/products

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, as well as:

• A passion for staying up to date with the latest trends on social media and having the ability to be reactive when integrating them
• A passion for cooking
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Creative thinking
• A understanding of the use of graphic design tools
• The ability to plan, multitask & prioritize tasks
• A sound understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and keyword search

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
