We’re building a marketplace powered by Laravel, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS. As a fast-growing startup, we’re looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer who also has strong skills in video editing to join our team and help shape both our platform and our brand identity.

What You’ll Do

  • Design elegant and functional UI/UX for web and mobile applications using Figma and Material Design guidelines.
  • Develop design systems and UI kits that scale across platforms and teams.
  • Work alongside Flutter developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
  • Create pixel-perfect mockups and prototypes, incorporating user flows, transitions, and states.
  • Apply Tailwind CSS principles to web design with a utility-first mindset.
  • Conduct and incorporate user testing and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate in agile sprints and clearly communicate design intent to cross-functional teams.
  • Edit short video assets: UI demos, feature walk-throughs, or promotional animations using Premiere Pro or After Effects.

Tech Stack: Figma, Adobe Suite, Tailwind CSS, Flutter (Material Design), Video Editing About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented and well-rounded UI/UX & Multimedia Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling experiences across mobile apps and responsive websites—and bring them to life through video editing and motion design. You will play a critical role in shaping our user interfaces and producing visual content that communicates our product vision clearly and beautifully.You’ll be working alongside developers, marketers, and product managers to deliver polished, user-centered designs, with a particular focus on apps built using Flutter (Material Design 3) and Tailwind CSS on the web.

Responsibilities

  • Design clean, functional, and engaging UI/UX for web and mobile apps using Figma and Material Design.
  • Develop, manage, and evolve design systems and reusable UI components.
  • Create interactive prototypes, user flows, and responsive layouts.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure visual consistency and implementation accuracy (especially for Flutter & Tailwind CSS).
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content, including:

  • UI walkthroughs
  • Product tutorials
  • Promotional animations
  • Design visuals, assets, and motion graphics that enhance both product and marketing efforts.
  • Conduct usability testing and apply feedback for design iteration.

Required Skills UI/UX Design

  • 2+ years experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
  • Expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of Tailwind CSS principles for responsive, utility-first web design.
  • Solid grasp of Material Design 3 and UI structure for Flutter applications.
  • Experience building adaptive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.

Multimedia & Video

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Ability to storyboard, edit, and animate explainer videos and UI walk-throughs.
  • Understanding of animation tools like Lottie, Rive, or similar is a plus.
  • Visual storytelling and branding sensibility.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Flutter-based design constraints and widget logic.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS for better design-developer collaboration.
  • Tools: Notion, Jira, Trello, or similar agile collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and motion best practices (WCAG, prefers-reduced-motion).

Portfolio Requirements

  • 2–3 mobile app UI/UX projects (preferably Flutter-compatible or Material Design-based).
  • Responsive web UI design samples.
  • At least one multimedia or video-based UI presentation or tutorial.
  • Any component systems or design library work is a major plus.

*We have a simple and straightforward interview process in place. As part of this process, the candidate will have the opportunity to complete a digital assessment on site, specifically tailored to the position. Once completed, they will have the chance to chat with one of our HR members. The assessment typically takes 50 to 60 minutes to complete*.
