Summary

We are seeking an a Website Assistant to help maintain and update our company's website. This includes tasks like uploading content, managing images, and ensuring the website is user-friendly and accessible. Work with content management systems (CMS), and assist with social media and email marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Content Management: Updating website content, including text, images, and videos, ensuring it's accurate and up-to-date.
  • Email Marketing: Helping with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and sending.
  • Website Maintenance: Ensuring the website is functional, user-friendly, and accessible.
  • Image Management: Uploading and managing images, ensuring they are optimized for web use.
  • Collaboration: Working with other team members, such as designers, developers, and content creators.
  • Project Support: Assisting with website projects, such as launches or updates.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for data management.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
