About Us:

AFF Global is a fast-growing affiliate marketing company that specialises in creating high-converting media campaigns for innovative products for US based retailers. We’re looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and take our digital experiences to the next level. You’ll be designing high-quality, conversion-driven pages for products like the Portable Mini Chainsaw, and much more!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing high-converting landing pages using Figma, ensuring an intuitive user experience. (Must have Figma Experience)
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to create seamless, responsive designs.
  • Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to iterate on and validate design ideas.
  • Optimising pages for conversion, performance, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Understanding data from A/B tests and user behavior tools to refine designs.
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends, especially in e-commerce, to ensure our designs are fresh and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to implementation for product-focused landing pages.
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for mobile and fast load times.
  • Implement design systems and maintain a clear visual hierarchy.
  • Work alongside copywriters to create cohesive, persuasive messaging and visual content.
  • Take ownership of the design lifecycle, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Working with developers to implement the designs to live sites.

About You:

  • Must Have Experience: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Figma, from wireframes to polished high-fidelity prototypes.
  • UI/UX Skills: Deep understanding of user flow, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first design.
  • Graphic Design Skills: Strong graphic design background with the ability to create visually appealing and conversion-focused designs & images.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, and developers.
  • Detail-Oriented: An eye for detail, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment in all design elements.
  • Self-Starter: Able to work independently, manage your own time, and deliver high-quality work on deadline.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and an understanding of the development process to ensure designs are feasible and optimised for the web.
