Each product is designed, tested, and refined to deliver performance without compromise. Whether it’s our award-winning power racks, adjustable benches, or precision-engineered plates and dumbbells, REP is known for its attention to detail, durability, and modern design.
In the UK and Europe, we’re committed to providing:

- Fast, reliable delivery from our regional distribution network
- Local customer support and expert advice
- Access to REP’s full global innovation line-up
Our goal is to raise the standard for what lifters expect from their equipment, combining American innovation with local service excellence.
Our Core Values
- Think Like a Customer: We empathize with our customers; understand the 'why' behind every decision we make
- Progress not Perfection: We don't let perfect get in the way of good; we are better today than we were yesterday
- Positive Attitude: Be a glass half-full kind of person and remember to have fun
- Teamwork without Ego: We put the team above ourselves; we only win together
- Take Initiative: We drive momentum; if there is an opportunity to make us better, we want to hear it
About this Role
We're looking for a digitally sharp, detail-driven E-Commerce Executive to help power the REP Fitness UK and EU web stores.

- Platform Development: Work with our in-house Global development team to identify, priorities, and resolve site issues while supporting ongoing platform improvements.
Product Content & Customer Experience:
- Content Management: Maintain and optimise product descriptions, imagery, metadata, and category content to support both customer experience and search performance.
- Customer Experience: Continuously review the online journey, identifying opportunities to improve usability, navigation, and overall site performance.
- B2B Ecommerce Channel Development
- Support Channel Growth: Help build the foundations of REP's UK and EU B2B ecommerce operation, supporting trade account management, order processing, and customer communications.
- Commercial Development: Contribute ideas and improvements that help enhance the B2B customer experience as the channel continues to grow.
Analytics & Global Collaboration & Best Practice:
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales, traffic, and conversion performance, using data to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across the UK, Europe, and REP's US headquarters, working cross-functionally with ecommerce, marketing, customer service, and logistics teams to support growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Take ownership of your area, identify opportunities for growth, and contribute ideas that help drive REP's continued success across the UK and Europe.
