Full job description

Email Marketing Executive

Location: Raglan, Monmouthshire
Job type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

We are looking for a genuinely experienced Email Marketing Executive to take ownership of daily email campaigns across our growing group of brands.

This role would suit someone who loves fashion, brands, design, e-commerce and creative marketing but who also has the technical email marketing experience to plan, create, send, test and improve campaigns that generate real enquiries and sales.

Our business works across a wide range of exciting sectors, including printed bags, workwear, fashion, creative agencies, tech companies, farm shops, museums, events, universities, household names and high-end fashion brands. Every day brings a different audience, product and angle.

The immediate focus is email marketing. We want someone who can create strong campaigns every day of the week across multiple brands, sectors and customer types. You will need to be confident with segmentation, subject lines, copy, layout, testing, analytics and improving performance over time.

There is also real scope for this role to grow into a much wider marketing position covering social media, print campaigns, PPC, SEO, advertising, exhibitions, brand launches, photography, content creation and creative direction.

What you’ll be doing

Creating and sending regular email campaigns across multiple brands
Writing engaging subject lines, copy and campaign content
Planning email campaigns by sector, audience, product and season
Building campaigns for B2B customers, trade buyers, resellers, agencies and direct business customers
Improving open rates, click-through rates, enquiries and sales
Working with design, print, photography and product content
Helping shape the future marketing direction of our brands
Supporting campaigns for exhibitions, launches and new markets

What we’re looking for

Strong proven experience in email marketing
Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Woodpecker, Mailchimp or similar
A good eye for fashion, brands, design and visual presentation
Confident copywriting skills
Good understanding of e-commerce, customer journeys and segmentation
Confident taking ownership of campaigns and keeping projects moving with good organisation and communication
A creative person who still cares about data, results and commercial impact
Interest in growing into wider marketing areas over time

This is a hands-on creative marketing role inside a fast-moving print, clothing and branded merchandise business where good ideas can be tested quickly.

For the right person, this could become a key marketing role with influence across several growing brands.

Pay: £28,500.00-£31,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress
  • Company events
  • Company pension
  • Employee discount
  • Free parking
  • On-site parking
  • Private medical insurance

Work Location: In person
