Creative Digital Lead (Part-Time, 2 Days/Week in year 1)

Build a Creative Studio That Changes Lives

Elevate Creates is a social enterprise that supports young 'neurocreatives' and w e’re launching EC Studios—a creative digital media agency with a difference.

It delivers real content for real briefs while helping neurodiverse young people gain the experience they need to move into employment.

We’re looking for a Creative Digital Lead to help build and run it.

Key Operational Consideration (Part-Time Delivery)

Given the initial 2-day structure, the role must:

  • Prioritise planned content over reactive work
  • Use a structured weekly production schedule
  • Ensure clear task delegation for trainees between sessions
  • Maintain tight workflow and asset management

Core Responsibilities

1. Creative Delivery & Output

  • Plan and deliver weekly content outputs aligned to a content calendar
  • Manage live briefs within realistic part-time capacity
  • Ensure all outputs meet:
  • brand standards
  • accessibility requirements
  • professional quality
  • Provide final sign-off on all content

2. Training & Supported Employment

  • Deliver structured on-the-job training to up to 6 trainees
  • Break work into clear, achievable tasks
  • Develop:
  • technical skills
  • workplace behaviours
  • Ensure continuity of trainee activity between working days

3. Studio Development & Commercial Contribution

  • Establish efficient lightweight workflows suitable for a 2-day model
  • Support early-stage external client readiness
  • Contribute to income-generating opportunities (within capacity)

4. Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work with Enterprise Leads to align content with:
  • organisational messaging
  • marketing objectives
  • Ensure cross-service representation

5. Safeguarding & Inclusion

  • Maintain a safe and structured environment
  • Adapt delivery for neurodiverse trainees
  • Balance productivity with support needs

Technical Requirements

  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube & website)
  • Content scheduling tools
  • Basic analytics

Performance Measures

  • Delivery of consistent weekly content outputs
  • Trainee engagement and progression
  • Quality and usability of outputs
  • Internal stakeholder satisfaction
  • Feasible development of external work
