Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the design team to produce high-quality visual concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to integrate design solutions seamlessly
• Oversee the creation of detailed design documentation, specifications, and style guides
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of design assets
• Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design

Experience

Candidates should possess a strong background in design management with proven leadership capabilities. A minimum of five years of experience in visual or product design is essential, with demonstrated success in managing diverse projects from conception to completion. Experience working within multidisciplinary teams that include electrical or technical specialists is highly advantageous.

Required Skills:

• Extensive portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across digital or physical mediums
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies
• Electrical experience is preferred to facilitate collaboration on technically complex projects
• Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and motivate team members
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (such as WCAG) and regulatory compliance requirements
