Working within our existing corporate brand guidelines, you'll help ensure a consistent and high-quality application of our brands across print, digital, social media and other marketing channels.

Adaptability, creativity and a proactive approach are key to flourishing in this fast-paced office environment. You'll need a strong eye for style, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team.

A link to a portfolio of your work must be supplied to be considered for this position.

Hours of Work

Salary

£30,000 per year

About the Role

As a Graphic Designer, you'll work closely with the Marketing team to create high-quality visual content across print and digital platforms.

You'll design marketing literature, presentations, social media and web graphics, prepare print-ready artwork, support image requests and create graphical video content when required. You'll also help maintain marketing and distributor portals and support the team at trade shows when needed.

Strong communication, creativity and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to corporate brand guidelines and ensure consistent application of the brand(s).

  • Design and create literature and periodic trends pieces to support markets as required.

  • Prepare artwork for print and take jobs through to print-ready artwork.

  • Design and create presentations and media for Sales and other departments across the business.

  • Create social media and web graphics to deliver a consistent corporate online presence.

  • Handle image requests received by the Marketing department.

  • Manage content on distributor and marketing portals, such as Dropbox, ensuring information is kept up to date with new product introductions and rationalisation.

  • Create graphical video content as required.

  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager on projects and other design requirements.

  • When required, UK and Overseas travel with the Marketing department to trade shows, assisting with setup, knockdown and any other requirements as necessary.

  • Carry out other reasonable duties as required.

About You

  • Have proven experience in a graphic design role and a strong portfolio of your work.

  • Be proficient in InDesign and confident using the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Have a good understanding of both print and digital design.

  • Have excellent attention to detail, creativity and a strong eye for style.

  • Be able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Have excellent communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach.

  • Be willing to learn new skills; knowledge of EasyCatalog is desirable but not essential.

Benefits

We offer a competitive benefits package, including:

  • Company pension, free pension advice and life insurance.

  • Healthcare Cash Plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Occupational Health Screening and a Health & Wellbeing Programme.

  • Enhanced annual leave, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, bereavement leave and company sick pay.

  • Cycle to Work Scheme, discounted products and free on-site parking.

  • Employee referral scheme, Long Service Awards, Reward & Recognition Programme, company events and a pre-retirement scheme.

  • Casual dress.

Why Join Us?

You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, develop your creative skills and contribute to the visual identity of an established global brand.

If you're creative, proactive, detail-focused and passionate about producing high-quality design work, we'd love to hear from you.
