  • Perform regular website quality checks, including broken link monitoring, accessibility compliance, responsive layout checks, and content accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and campaign teams to build landing pages and support customer workflows that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Use GA4, Clarity, Google Tag Manager and other UX tools to analyse user behaviour and ensure a seamless, conversionfocused experience.
  • Implement technical SEO fixes (e.g., meta tags, schema, redirects, broken links, image optimisation), either directly or in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Monitor daily conversion rates and sales performance, working on CRO and UX initiatives from analysis through to testing and reporting.
  • Support integration and automation tasks using tools like Zapier.
  • Support day to day marketing activity and assist other departments with internal communications.
  • Produce video content when required, such as product demos.

Requirements
  • Hands on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Zapier) and strong practical knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript beneficial).
  • Experience in SEO with an understanding of on page, technical, and off page optimisation.
  • Hands on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Zapier).
  • Confident using SEO tools such as SEMrush and Google Search Console/ Bing Webmaster tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UX tools like Clarity or Hotjar.
  • A good eye for creative execution, supported by experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • An organised, proactive, and resilient team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and seniority levels.
