Full job description

About Blueteq
Blueteq was founded in 2005 to provide essential software to the NHS, amongst our other public and private clients. Our approach of working with our clients to develop the systems that they need, has given us a unique space in a market that has historically been dominated by large, inflexible software houses.

About You
What’s it like working for Blueteq? – once you have the skills, we will look to encourage you to take on responsibility as soon as you are able. Our clients love working with our team directly, and you will be working on new projects as well as leading on them eventually. In time, you will be able to extend your project and people management skills, as well as your technical skills.

Benefits - We are all about our people as they are what make us who we are. Working with us brings the following benefits: -

· Help & Support - From the day you start working with us, you will receive the support you need to learn our business as well as extend your skills. To encourage this, we “buddy” you up with a member of the team who will help you on a day-to-day basis. We encourage you to use Pluralsight, our training resource, and you can explore other areas of interest if you wish.

· Flexitime - We operate a “flexitime” system here which allows you to build up to three days of holiday in addition to your standard holiday allocation.

· Annual Leave Allocation - We also increase your annual leave allocation by a day for every year you work with us.

· Working From Home - We believe that our office environment is the best place to learn your skills and to be able to interact with your colleagues, but we do support working from home once you are confident that you are able to work independently.

· Appraisals – We want you to be happy and encourage you to talk to your team leader and the senior management team whenever you wish. We also follow a formal review process that allows you to share your ideas for how you can improve your job and Blueteq.

· Salary Reviews – we appreciate that money is important, and we do offer competitive salaries. However, we undertake 6 monthly salary reviews where we will sit down with you to review your progress. We award salary increases based on your productivity, commitment, your ability to work with others, and for taking on extra responsibility.
