Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

About the Role:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be at the heart of our IT operations, designing, developing, and maintaining bespoke software solutions that empower our business and our people. You’ll collaborate closely with a diverse team, end-users, and third-party partners to deliver high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions that align with our strategic goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Innovate and Develop: Design, develop, test, and debug bespoke software programs that elevate our internal systems and user experience.
- Maintain and Enhance: Create, maintain, and support both existing and new web services, ensuring they remain efficient, secure, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with colleagues and end-users to write, develop, test, and review code while providing top-notch support to fix defects and deliver solutions.
- Lead and Support: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
- Document and Plan: Produce and maintain technical documentation to ensure transparency and knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Project Management: Play a key role in planning and implementing new development projects and requirements, working closely with 3rd party IT/software support companies and customers.
- Take on Challenges: Tackle challenging tasks and projects with enthusiasm and a problem-solving mindset, contributing to the ongoing improvement of our systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Full Stack Developer, particularly in Python.
- Tech Skills: Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI), front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs.
- Database Know-How: Understanding of databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and experience with data modelling.
- Problem Solver: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Cloud Savvy: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Linux-based systems is a bonus.
