Full job description

We're a website and marketing agency based in Preston, looking for an Account Manager to look after our web design client base. This isn't a sales job. You'll be the person our clients speak to, and the one who gets things done for them.

What you'll do

  • Talk to clients and look after their accounts day to day
  • Handle customer support queries through our ticket system
  • Make changes to client websites in WordPress and Elementor
  • Help out with client ad campaigns

What we're looking for

  • Agency experience (essential)
  • Hands-on WordPress and Elementor skills (essential)
  • Strong customer service and good organisation, with a habit of seeing tasks through
  • Able to commute to our Preston office

What you'll get

  • £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, plus incentives
  • 20 days' holiday plus your birthday off plus bank holidays
  • Free parking
  • Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 5:30, Friday 9:00 to 4:30

Start date: as soon as possible.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
