Full job description

The Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, creating and managing engaging content that showcases our jewellery collections, strengthens our brand, and drives customer engagement and sales. This hands-on role combines creative content production with marketing coordination, campaign management, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Plan, create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
  • Photograph and film jewellery products, behind-the-scenes content, customer stories and promotional campaigns.
  • Edit videos and images using creative software to produce high-quality content.
  • Write compelling captions, blogs, email copy and website content aligned with the brand voice.
  • Develop seasonal content calendars and campaign plans.

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily social media activity, including posting, community engagement and responding to comments and messages.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors and content creators.
  • Track and report on social media performance and recommend improvements.

Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through to execution.
  • Support product launches, seasonal promotions and events.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
  • Maintain marketing assets, promotional materials and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, printers and external suppliers where required.

Website & E-commerce Support

  • Upload new products, images and content to the website.
  • Ensure product descriptions are accurate, engaging and SEO-friendly.
  • Assist with website updates and promotional landing pages.
  • Monitor customer reviews and help improve online customer experience.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website traffic, email performance and social media metrics.
  • Produce monthly marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Help measure campaign ROI and identify opportunities for growth.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience creating engaging content for social media.
  • Excellent photography and videography skills, preferably for products.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to contribute across different areas of the business.

Desirable

  • Experience working within jewellery, fashion, luxury or retail.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
