What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating thumb-stopping content for social media, web and email campaigns
  • Designing graphics, guides, ads, brochures and branded materials
  • Managing and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Planning and executing photography & video shoots (in-house products, showroom, events)
  • Supporting campaigns for promotions, launches, and seasonal activity
  • Maintaining and evolving the brand’s tone, consistency and creativity

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a creative marketing, content, or digital design role
  • Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Social media fluency (content planning, asset creation, scheduling)
  • Photography/videography skills (shooting + editing)
  • Strong visual style, eye for detail and creative storytelling
  • Self-motivated, fast-working, and proactive – you get things done
  • Excellent written English and a sharp grasp of tone

What You’ll Get

  • NetFlex 35 – A true 35-hour week for better work/life balance
  • Choice of 2 flexible working patterns
  • Free on-site gym
  • Free parking
  • Your birthday off (paid!)
  • Staff social days and regular treats
  • Friendly team, growing company, real creative freedom
