**Overview:**

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Design and QA Lead with a specialized focus on graphic and visual design to lead our creative team. As the lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of visual communication, from concept development to execution, ensuring the highest quality of design across our various mediums. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, content, and brand management, to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, inspiring innovation and pushing the boundaries of design excellence.
  • Graphic Design: Lead the creation of graphic assets, including but not limited to logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, digital advertisements, and web design.
  • Concept Development: Generate and develop original, strategic, and impactful design concepts that align with the company's objectives and vision.
  • Visual Design: Lead the development of visually engaging designs for digital platforms, websites, and other digital products, ensuring optimal user experience and aesthetic appeal.
  • Art Direction: Provide clear direction and guidance to designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creative professionals to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of design quality, consistency, and brand integrity throughout all deliverables, reviewing and approving final designs before production.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, define design objectives, and integrate feedback into iterative design processes.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic and visual design, and integrate relevant insights into creative strategies.
  • Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality design solutions within budget constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or Equvalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in a leadership role, preferably within a design agency, advertising firm, or in-house creative department.
  • Proficiency in email marketing design, with a deep understanding of best practices for designing email templates, layouts, and visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Extensive experience with Figma and Canva, demonstrating the ability to create and collaborate on designs efficiently within these platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and inspiring teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Passion for creativity, design innovation, and continuous improvement.
